The United States Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is the Department of the Navy’s corporate laboratory and principal in-house component of the Office of Naval Research’s science-and-technology mission. NRL conducts research and development for the Navy, Marine Corps, Department of Defense, NASA, and other partners, including space science and technology.
