Vietnamese Astronomical Society

The Vietnamese Astronomical Society (VAS) is a nationwide, voluntary, nonprofit social-professional organization for Vietnamese astronomy and astrophysics research, teaching, applications, and public knowledge. It convenes conferences and seminars, supports research and professional development, publishes and shares astronomy knowledge, coordinates international cooperation, and represents members in astronomy and astrophysics policy and technical discussions from its Hanoi headquarters.
