Women in Aviation International (WAI)

Women in Aviation International (WAI) is a worldwide nonprofit dedicated to expanding participation and opportunity for women across aviation and aerospace. Formally established in 1994 after its first conference in 1990, it supports members through scholarships, education and youth programs, professional development, mentoring, chapters, publications, conferences, career resources, advocacy, and recognition of aviation pioneers.
