Aviation Safety Reporting Program for UAS

The Federal Aviation Administration extends its Aviation Safety Reporting Program (ASRP) to unmanned aircraft systems operators through NASA’s Aviation Safety Reporting System. The UAS reporting form provides a confidential, voluntary, anonymous, and non-punitive avenue for reporting safety events; the FAA uses the resulting data to support actionable information for the aviation community and treats qualifying timely reports as evidence of a constructive attitude under its enforcement policy.
