Bendable Electrodynamic Dust Shields

Completed NASA SBIR/STTR project led by Hedgefog Research, Inc. developing thin-film Bendable Electrodynamic Dust Shields (BEDS) for flexible and curved surfaces such as spacesuit joints, habitats, tools, vehicles, and helmet visors. The project demonstrated living-hinge laminates, high-voltage dust removal with simulated regolith, safety and interference controls, and scalable electrode-grid manufacturing for continuous active dust cleaning.
