Chang'e-4 Program

Chang'e-4 was a Chinese Lunar Exploration Program mission launched on 8 December 2018 that achieved the first soft landing on the Moon's far side on 3 January 2019 in Von Karman Crater. Its lander and Yutu-2 rover performed far-side science through the Queqiao relay and carried international payload cooperation.
