NASA SBIR Phase I project led by Triton Systems, Inc. with Glenn Research Center support to design and fabricate rotary, linear, and static joints that protect against or tolerate lunar regolith dust intrusion. The completed effort used ultra-fine dust environmental tests to evaluate bearing and joint concepts for life-support, spacesuit, robotics, mobility, and in-situ resource utilization systems.
