ESA’s envelope programme and backbone for European Earth observation, supporting Earth Explorer science missions, mission preparation and technology, ground-segment management, mission operations, data exploitation, and climate and Earth-system research. EOEP provides the long-term framework through which ESA develops and operates environmental sensing missions and turns their data into scientific and societal value.
