EnVision Program

ESA’s EnVision is a planned Venus orbiter developed in partnership with NASA to study the planet’s history, activity, and climate from its inner core to its upper atmosphere. The mission will combine European instruments with NASA’s VenSAR synthetic-aperture radar and Deep Space Network support to investigate Venus surface, subsurface, interior, and atmosphere as a coupled system.
