The Global Change Observation Mission (GCOM) is a sustained JAXA two-series Earth-observation program for continuous global-scale measurements of climate and water circulation. GCOM-C observes climate, radiation budget, carbon-cycle, land, ocean, atmosphere, and cryosphere parameters, while GCOM-W observes precipitation, atmospheric water, ocean, land water, and snow and ice.
