Green Hydrazine Propellant Blend (GHPB-ACO)

Completed NASA Game Changing Development project led by Aerojet Rocketdyne with Goddard Space Flight Center and Purdue University support that matured a lower-toxicity green hydrazine blend as a drop-in path for heritage monopropellant systems. GHPB-ACO characterized formulations, compatibility, flow, surge, and hot-fire performance in an MR-103G thruster, preserving low-temperature operation while reducing vapor toxicity and handling burden for SmallSat and exploration propulsion.
