NASA Astrobiology Faculty Diversity Program, formerly the Minority Institution Research Support (MIRS) Program, helped train a new generation of astrobiology researchers, increase diversity in the astrobiology community, and strengthen astrobiology research infrastructure at Minority Serving Institutions.
