OSIRIS-REx Program
NASAs OSIRIS-REx mission was a completed New Frontiers sample-return mission that collected material from asteroid Bennu and delivered the capsule to Earth on September 24, 2023. The spacecraft then continued as OSIRIS-APEX for an extended mission to asteroid Apophis. NASA Goddard and the University of Arizona designed and managed the mission.
