Precision Assembled Space Structure (PASS)

Completed NASA Game Changing Development project led by Langley Research Center that demonstrated autonomous multi-agent assembly of modular, high-stiffness space structures with electrical connections. PASS developed coordinated robotic agents and precision assembly methods for telescope supports, fuel depots, planetary surface shelters, and other in-space infrastructure that can be launched as efficiently stowed modules.
