Space Science and Technology Awareness Training (START)

ISRO’s Space Science and Technology Awareness Training (START) is a recurring annual programme that gives Indian undergraduate and postgraduate science and technology students structured introductory training in space science, exploration and research opportunities. Initiated in 2023, the 2026 fourth edition delivered 26 expert lectures through hundreds of academic nodal institutes, followed by an examination, capacity-building workshop and links to the National Space Science Symposium.
