NOAA-owned programme that maintains and extends operational space-weather observations through a coordinated portfolio of L1, L5, geostationary, and low-Earth-orbit spacecraft, instruments, ground command and control, data processing, and product-distribution services. Space Weather Next provides continuity and resilience beyond the Space Weather Follow-On era for NOAA forecasts, warnings, alerts, research, and infrastructure protection.
