Technical Cooperation Programme

ICAO’s permanent technical-cooperation programme supporting Member States in implementing aviation Standards and Recommended Practices, Procedures for Air Navigation Services, global and regional aviation plans, and civil-aviation administration infrastructure and workforce. Through a sustained portfolio of trust-funded cooperation, technical-assistance, training, expert, procurement, and implementation activities, it helps States remedy deficiencies and improve civil aviation safety, security, efficiency, and sustainability.
