Lyulka AL-21F-3 is an afterburning single-shaft, single-flow turbojet engine with a 14-stage compressor, annular-tubular combustion chamber, three-stage turbine, and afterburner. The Polish Aviation Museum identifies its use in the MiG-23B, Su-17, Su-20, Su-22, and Su-24 combat aircraft. UEC records state testing and transfer to series production in 1974; current production or retirement status is not asserted here.
