KBKhA's RD-0410 (11B91) was a Soviet experimental nuclear-thermal rocket engine using liquid hydrogen as the working propellant. NASA's nuclear-thermal propulsion materials place the RD-0410 engine program in 1970–1986; Russian Academy material identifies 11B91 as KBKhA-developed, and a technical KBKhA history records 1988 testing of the nuclear engine. This historical ground-test identity is retained as retired with no flight installation asserted.
