This Refund Policy applies to AeroVia Plus subscriptions. We strive to provide excellent service and resources. As a non-profit organization, funds from subscriptions are directly reinvested into our mission of providing accessible aerospace education.

1. AeroVia Plus Subscriptions

Due to the immediate access to digital content and benefits provided with AeroVia Plus subscriptions, and our non-profit status, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees once they have been processed.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Billing errors where you were charged incorrectly. If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us immediately.
  • Significant, prolonged unavailability of AeroVia Plus services due to technical issues on our end, which we are unable to rectify within a reasonable timeframe.
  • If you are within a legally mandated cooling-off period as per the laws of your jurisdiction, provided you have not significantly used the AeroVia Plus services.

3. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider).

4. Cancellation
