Caltech Mission Operations Center (CMOC)
Historical California Institute of Technology student mission-operations organization launched in 2019 through a Caltech undergraduate and NASA JPL collaboration. CMOC students commanded and analyzed downlink from JPL’s ASTERIA and the University of Michigan’s MCubed-2 spacecraft, built a SATNOGS ground station, and prepared mission-operations software for Lunar Trailblazer. The initiative evolved into Caltech’s CubeSat Club in 2021; this record does not claim Caltech ownership of partner spacecraft.
