Current University of Florida student liquid-propulsion and flight-vehicle team. Florida Rocket Lab designs, builds, and tests liquid-propellant engines, test stands, avionics, guidance, navigation and control systems, and flight vehicles. Students hotfired Sparrow, UF’s first liquid rocket engine, at Cecil Spaceport after wet-dress rehearsals and seven full-duration hotfires; UF News reported plans for the Mirage flight vehicle in the FAR-OUT campaign.
