Mars Rover Design Team

Missouri University of Science and Technology student team that designs, manufactures, tests, and competes with a new Mars rover each year in the University Rover Challenge. Its 2026 Athena rover won the competition for the second consecutive year, with a 90.57/100 system-acceptance score, perfect equipment-servicing and delivery missions, and a tie for first in autonomous navigation.
