Michigan Mars Rover Team (MRover)

University of Michigan Ann Arbor student team that designs, builds, and tests a new Mars rover each year for the University Rover Challenge and Canadian International Rover Challenge. The 2026 rover placed fifth overall at URC, led the Autonomous Navigation mission, won the inaugural Systems Engineering award, and used in-house hardware including a robotic arm, science payloads, custom PCBs, and autonomous navigation; this record covers planetary-rover engineering and competition activity only.
