PARSEC (Propulsion, Aeronautics, and Rocket Systems Engineering at Caltech) is a continuing undergraduate student rocketry team developing the ICARUS autonomous rocket-propelled lander. Its students build and test liquid-propellant engines, ground-support equipment, thrust-vector control, avionics, guidance and navigation systems, and flight-test drones for collegiate lander research. Official sources document the technical work without claiming a completed launch, orbit, or competition win.
