Southampton University Spaceflight Society (SUSF) is a continuing student-led engineering society at the University of Southampton that develops and supports hands-on spaceflight projects, technical workshops, outreach, and competitions. Its current project portfolio includes high-power rocketry, the SULRE liquid-engine branch, CanSat, Mars rover, electric propulsion, turbomachinery, and Starworks; the society’s own pages document student-managed design and testing work, including a 2021 UK F-class altitude record and 2024 high-power launches to 1.5 km and 3 km. No unsupported orbital or mission-success claim is made.
