Cambodia’s public engineering and technology institute with sustained aerospace and space-engineering research through its Dynamics and Control Laboratory and Mechatronics and Information Technology research unit. ITC leads the UT-ITC Cube Satellite Project, develops Apsara-1 spacecraft engineering models, and conducts small-satellite, hybrid-rocket, UAV, flight-control, satellite-communications, and Earth-observation research.
