Public university in Al Khoud, Muscat, with substantive spacecraft and Earth-observation research and training. Sultan Qaboos University operates a dedicated Space Engineering Laboratory, hands-on CubeSat subsystem and satellite-to-ground-station activities, and a current ocean-monitoring satellite imagery ground-station project, and previously supported Oman’s first non-commercial student CubeSat project.
