Archer Midnight eVTOL Aircraft Family

Archer Midnight is a piloted electric vertical-takeoff-and-landing aircraft under development for short urban trips. Its fixed wing carries twelve propellers for vertical lift; the six forward propellers tilt for wing-borne cruise while the six aft propellers stop. Flight testing began in 2023, and the prototype completed a full transition from vertical lift through cruise and back to vertical landing in 2024 as Archer advanced the design toward certification and initial operations.
