Blue Moon Mark 1, also known as Endurance, is Blue Origin’s uncrewed lunar cargo lander and Moon Base I demonstration vehicle. NASA and Blue Origin have completed environmental testing for the production lander, which is targeted to launch no earlier than fall 2026 and land on the Shackleton Connecting Ridge near the lunar South Pole. Endurance will demonstrate precision landing, autonomous guidance, navigation and control, and cryogenic propulsion while carrying NASA’s SCALPSS stereo cameras and Laser Retroreflective Array under CLPS.
