Boeing CST-100 Starliner
Boeing's CST-100 Starliner is a partially reusable crew-transport spacecraft developed under NASA's Commercial Crew Program. Boeing built three crew modules: Spacecraft 1 for the pad-abort test and reusable Spacecraft 2 and 3 for orbital missions. Three orbital flight tests were completed from 2019 through 2024, but Starliner remains uncertified while NASA and Boeing resolve propulsion, helium-leak, parachute, qualification, and program-management findings. The next planned flight is an uncrewed cargo validation mission whose launch opportunity remains under review.
