The Boeing KC-46A Pegasus is a widebody aerial-refueling and multi-mission transport family derived from the 767-2C. Developed for the U.S. Air Force tanker recapitalization program, it combines a refueling boom and drogue systems with cargo, passenger, and aeromedical-evacuation capability, and entered service as a modern successor to the KC-135 and KC-10 fleets.
