The Grob G 103 is a German two-seat composite sailplane family developed for instruction, club flying, touring, and, in designated variants, aerobatic training. The lineage began with the Twin Astir and evolved through the Twin II and Twin III, with revised wings, fuselage details, controls, and certified aerobatic versions. The Twin III SL added a retractable self-launching engine while remaining part of the certified G 103 sailplane family.
