Grumman A-6E Intruder All-Weather Precision Attack Variant

The A-6E Intruder was the final major attack variant of Grumman's all-weather carrier aircraft. Its multi-mode radar, improved computer, and TRAM forward-looking infrared and laser-sensor suite enabled precision attack in darkness and poor visibility, while the aircraft carried HARM, Harpoon, and other air-to-ground weapons in Navy and Marine Corps service.
