M-3S Launch Vehicle

M-3S was the third major operational generation of Japan's Mu series. Adding thrust-vector control to the first stage produced an all-stage controlled three-stage launcher with greater insertion accuracy and fewer launch-condition constraints; all four flights reached orbit.
