Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-19 Farmer Aircraft Family

The Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-19 was a Soviet twin-engine supersonic fighter family and the first Soviet production fighter capable of exceeding Mach 1 in level flight. Its swept-wing airframe, all-moving tail, pressurized cockpit, cannon and later radar-interceptor variants made it a defining bridge between the MiG-17 and MiG-21. Soviet, Chinese J-6, and Czechoslovak S-105 production carried the family into service across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.
