MINERVA-II2 ULULA asteroid rover
MINERVA-II2 (Rover-2), later named ULULA, was a university-consortium asteroid rover carried by JAXA's Hayabusa2. It separated from Hayabusa2 on 3 October 2019 at about 1 km altitude, entered a Ryugu orbit, landed on the surface after about 1.25 revolutions, and used autonomous hopping and multiple experimental mobility mechanisms for close-up exploration.
