Minotaur is the active U.S. government orbital-launch lineage developed by Orbital Sciences and now operated by Northrop Grumman. It combines decommissioned Minuteman or Peacekeeper solid rocket motors with commercial upper stages, avionics, structures, and integration practices derived from Pegasus and Taurus; twenty orbital vehicles flew successfully from 2000 through April 2026.
