The Mitsubishi Ki-46 Dinah was a fast Japanese long-range command reconnaissance family whose successive Ki-46-I through Ki-46-IV branches served as strategic reconnaissance aircraft, operations trainers, and a Ki-46-IIIKai air-defense fighter conversion. The family’s clean twin-engine layout and high speed made it one of Japan’s principal reconnaissance aircraft of the Pacific War.
