Naro (KSLV-I)

Naro, or KSLV-I, was South Korea’s first orbital launch vehicle. Its Russian-developed kerosene and liquid-oxygen first stage was paired with a Korean-developed solid kick stage. After two unsuccessful attempts, the third vehicle successfully placed STSAT-2C into its target orbit in January 2013.
