Nuri, or KSLV-II, is South Korea’s active three-stage orbital launch vehicle developed with domestic technology. Four clustered 75-ton-class engines power the first stage, a single 75-ton-class engine powers the second, and a 7-ton-class engine powers the third; it can place a 1.5-ton application satellite into a 600-800 km sun-synchronous orbit.
