Scout G-1 was the final high-performance four-stage Scout configuration. It combined Algol-3A, Castor-2A, Antares-3A (Star-31), and Altair-3A (Star-20) solid stages and flew scientific, technology, and defense payloads from 1979 through Scout’s final launch in 1994.
