Strela Launch Vehicle
Strela was a Russian expendable orbital launcher converted by NPO Mashinostroyenia from the UR-100N, also designated RS-18 and SS-19. Unlike the related Rockot, Strela retained the missile largely unchanged, using updated control software and payload fairings for orbital launches from an adapted silo. It made its orbital test flight in 2003 and later launched Kondor radar-imaging spacecraft.
