Titan IIIA was the unboosted developmental configuration of Titan III: a modified two-stage Titan II core topped by the restartable Transtage. Four flights from Cape Canaveral Launch Complex 20 in 1964 and 1965 qualified the core and upper stage for the Titan IIIC program.
