Titan IIIB (original configuration)

The original Titan IIIB configuration paired an unboosted stretched Titan core with an Agena D upper stage for 22 Gambit-3 reconnaissance launches from Vandenberg between 1966 and 1969. Twenty-one missions achieved their reconnaissance objectives. NRO records classify 3B-5 as a launch loss, 3B-20 as a launch-vehicle failure that nevertheless achieved mission success, and 3B-6 as an upper-stage failure that also achieved mission success.
