Venus Life Finder Atmospheric Entry Probe

The small Venus Life Finder entry-probe architecture carries a single autofluorescence nephelometer for a brief descent through Venus's temperate cloud layer. NASA Ames supplied HEEET thermal-protection expertise and supported the flight capsule's heat-shield fit check; the probe deploys from Rocket Lab's Explorer spacecraft and is not designed to land or survive the descent.
