Apollo 14 LM-8 Antares
Antares was Apollo 14's Lunar Module, LM-8. Antares landed Alan Shepard and Edgar Mitchell at Fra Mauro after the crew and Mission Control overcame an abort-switch fault and a late landing-radar lock. Its ascent stage returned them to lunar orbit and was then deliberately impacted on the Moon.
