Apollo 16 LM-11 Orion
Orion was Apollo 16's Lunar Module, LM-11. Orion landed John Young and Charles Duke in the Descartes highlands and supported three moonwalks with the Lunar Roving Vehicle. Its ascent stage returned the crew to lunar orbit; control was lost after jettison and it later impacted the Moon.
