Ariane 62 flight VA262 launched eight satellites and five onboard experiments from the Guiana Space Centre on July 9, 2024. The primary payload deployment succeeded. During the later technology-demonstration phase, an APU shutdown prevented the planned third Vinci ignition, upper-stage deorbit, and release of two reentry capsules.
