Artemis III Orion

The Artemis III Orion is the physically assembled crew spacecraft for NASA's planned 2027 low-Earth-orbit rendezvous and docking test mission. Its upgraded crew module heat shield was installed in July 2026 and its European Service Module completed acoustic testing; the flight will test Orion docking and longer-duration crew operations with commercial lunar-lander pathfinders.
